1. Introduction

WAVEone GmbH (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates JobsFast. We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. Information We Process

• Account Data: Email address collected via magic-link authentication for sign-in.
• Extension Data: Job details (title, company, description) collected from supported job portals (such as LinkedIn, Indeed, jobs.ch, Glassdoor, etc.) via our browser extension when you initiate an analysis.
• Application Data: CV/Resume text you provide for AI processing and analysis.
• Generated Documents: Cover letters, tailored CVs, and ATS analysis results stored securely in your JobsFast account database.
• Technical Data: IP addresses and browser information for security, logging, and performance monitoring.

3. Data Storage & Hosting

Our primary database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). We store your account information, application metadata (such as job titles, company names, and application status), and all generated documents (cover letters, tailored CVs, ATS analysis) securely in your JobsFast account. Documents are not shared with or stored on external third-party storage services.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use the following specialized partners to provide our Service:

• Anthropic & Moonshot (Kimi): To process CVs and job descriptions for AI analysis, extraction, and formatting (data is not used for model training).
• Resend: To deliver magic-link sign-in emails.
• Vercel & Supabase: For application hosting and secure database management.
• Google Tag Manager: To manage analytics and marketing tags. Only activated with your explicit consent.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with the nFADP, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, or to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at jens@jobsfast.io.

6. Authentication

JobsFast uses passwordless magic-link authentication. When you sign in, we send a one-time login link to your email address via Resend. We do not store passwords, and no third-party OAuth account access is required.
