1. Introduction

WAVEone GmbH (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates JobsFast. We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. Information We Process

• Account Data: Name and email address collected via Google OAuth for authentication.
• Extension Data: Job details (title, company, description) collected from supported job portals (such as LinkedIn, Indeed, jobs.ch, Glassdoor, etc.) via our browser extension when you initiate an analysis.
• Application Data: CV/Resume text you provide for AI processing and analysis.
• Storage Data: Metadata of documents we create in your personal Google Drive (when authorized).
• Technical Data: IP addresses and browser information for security, logging, and performance monitoring.

3. Data Storage & Hosting

Our primary database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). We store your account information and application metadata (such as job titles, company names, and application status) to provide the Service's dashboard and tracking features. Your generated documents remain in your personal Google Drive; we do not store the full content of these files on our servers after the generation session.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use the following specialized partners to provide our Service:

• Anthropic & Moonshot (Kimi): To process CVs and job descriptions for AI analysis, extraction, and formatting (data is not used for model training).
• Google: To provide OAuth authentication and Google Drive storage.
• Vercel & Supabase: For application hosting and secure database management.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with the nFADP, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, or to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at jens@jobsfast.io.

6. Google API Services

JobsFast complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. We only access your Google Drive to create and organize job application documents on your behalf. We do not use this information for advertising or transfer it to third parties outside of our core functionality.
