1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JobsFast (“Service”), operated by WAVEone GmbH (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a company registered in Switzerland. By accessing or using our web application and browser extension at jobsfast.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JobsFast is a Swiss-hosted productivity platform and browser extension designed to help job seekers:

• Extract job data directly from various platforms (including LinkedIn, Indeed, jobs.ch, Glassdoor, and JobScout24) via our Browser Extension
• Store and manage CV/resume information
• Track job applications and their status
• Generate AI-powered cover letters and CV analysis
• Automate document storage and organization in Google Drive

The Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic’s Claude and Moonshot’s Kimi APIs). AI-generated content may contain errors and requires mandatory human review and verification before use in applications.

3. User Accounts & Data

Registration is required via Google OAuth. To provide the Service, we collect and store certain data, including your account information, job application metadata, and usage statistics. You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the integrity of the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use JobsFast solely for personal, lawful job search activities. Automated scraping of our Service, reverse engineering, or usage that constitutes excessive or abusive request volumes is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

WAVEone GmbH owns all rights to the Service’s design, functionality, and software. You retain ownership of your User Content (CVs, job data), granting us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

6.1 No Warranty

The Service is provided “AS IS”. We do not guarantee job offers, uninterrupted availability, or 100% accuracy of AI-generated content or analysis results.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law (Art. 100 CO), WAVEone GmbH excludes all liability for light negligence, auxiliary persons, and indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of data, loss of profits, or missed employment opportunities).

In any event, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CHF 100, whichever is higher.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss Substantive Law, excluding its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
